1. Local Browser Processing (Zero-Data Retention)

At UPAYOG PVC PRO, your privacy and data security are our highest priorities. We do not upload, store, or transmit your documents, ID cards, or images to our servers.

Our platform operates on a decentralized, client-side architecture. All image cropping, PDF generation, AI background removal, and OCR scanning are executed entirely within your device's local web browser. Once you close the application or refresh the page, the generated data is cleared from your system's memory.

2. Information We Collect

We strictly collect only the information necessary to maintain your account access and subscription status. This includes:

• Account Data: Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number.
• Business Data: Business Name and Address (if provided in your profile).
• Usage Telemetry: Aggregate counts of PDFs generated and features utilized (e.g., "10 PDFs exported"). We track the quantity of use for billing purposes, never the content.

3. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely via encrypted, third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank account details on our servers. We only retain the transaction reference (UTR) and payment status to validate your account plan.

4. Data Security

Your account credentials and subscription data are secured using industry-standard encryption provided by Google Firebase. We implement strict session timeouts to protect your account from unauthorized physical access.
