Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods

UPAYOG PVC PRO is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Because our product provides immediate access to premium digital tools and processing capabilities upon successful payment, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable.

2. Free Trial Usage

We provide a complimentary 24-hour trial for all new users to test the standard PVC print features and evaluate software compatibility with their local browsers and printers. We encourage all users to thoroughly test the platform using this trial period before committing to a paid plan.

3. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

• A duplicate transaction occurred due to a payment gateway error.
• Your account was not upgraded within 48 hours of a successful payment and UTR verification.

4. Cancellations

You may stop using the service at any time. We do not currently enforce auto-renewing subscriptions; all recharges and upgrades are manual. Simply allow your current plan to expire if you no longer wish to use the software.
