1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the UPAYOG PVC PRO platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our software.

2. Appropriate Use & Legal Responsibility

UPAYOG PVC PRO provides layout and printing software designed for businesses, print shops, and organizations. You agree that:

• You will not use the Service to forge, counterfeit, or illegally reproduce government-issued identification cards (e.g., Aadhar, PAN, Driver's Licenses, Passports).
• You hold the legal right and necessary permissions to print the data and images you upload into the system.
• UPAYOG PVC PRO assumes zero liability for the content generated or printed using our tool, as all processing occurs locally on your hardware.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Our system permits only one active session per user. Sharing your login details with multiple unauthorized individuals may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to premium features (Bulk Designer, Passport Studio, unlimited downloads) requires an active subscription. Service interruptions due to expired plans are resolved immediately upon successful payment verification. Prices are subject to change, but active plans will retain their agreed-upon validity.
